All Evergrain products are sold with a 20 year limited warranty. Evergrain decking's evaluation service report is ICC-ESR 1625. Evergrain's Classic Collection decking is available in Redwood, Cedar, Weathered Wood, Cape Cod Grey and Forest Green and sells for approximately $3.09 per linear foot.
The decking is same material as the railing, (Tamko Evergrain). I have gotten a couple quotes to replace the decking cap and railing. The wood frame structure below the deck is to code and has no issues.
